Santa Marta!

A destination that has it all

We are pure flavor
We are Santa Marta!
Santa Marta was the first city founded by the Spanish in South America (1525). The inhabitants of this area, the Tayrona Tribe, fought to preserve their identity to the point of locating themselves at altitudes of 900 and 1200 meters (4,000 feet), where they created their main headquarters and sacred site, Ciudad Perdida, in a mountainous massif that goes from the Caribbean Sea to the snowy peaks.

The main attraction of Santa Marta, are its beautiful beaches and bays of calm, blue and crystalline waters. It also has several dining options, all in an atmosphere of joy typical of the Samarios.

There are many towns, natural parks and attractions that you can visit around Santa Marta. The most recognized being the Tayrona Park, one of the most important natural parks in Colombia, where its imposing beaches and gigantic stones fill us with amazement at the beauty of the spectacle.
